Our leadership team is comprised of leaders who have been pioneers across the marketing spectrum, including client-side and agency leadership, as well as analytics and mathematical experts. They have been in the trenches, responsible for growing and improving business performance, and thus are able to identify with, empower and grow our valuable clients.
As General Manager of ClearSaleing, Ari is responsible for leading the day-to-day business as well as guiding the organization’s long-term strategy. Ari is an accomplished digital marketing manager and thought leader with a successful track record of developing and executing programs for world-class brands. Prior to joining ClearSaleing, Ari served as principle analyst at Forrester Research, where he created and delivered research and advisory services for interactive marketers. In this role, his coverage area spanned measurement and attribution, of which he authored the most recent Forrester Wave™ on interactive attribution providers; digital messaging through email, mobile, and social media; digital data collection; and influencer marketing. Over the past 15 years, Ari has also held marketing, strategic consulting, and management positions with the National Basketball Association, Epsilon, Johnson & Johnson, and a global communications firm. Ari holds an MBA in marketing and finance from New York University and a BS in communications from Cornell University
Daniel Bates – Head of Partner Development and Strategy
As Head of Partner Development and Strategy, Daniel is responsible for shaping and delivering ClearSaleing’s partner development strategies. This includes developing relationships with a number of strategic alliance, distribution, and technology partners to advance the pervasiveness of the ClearSaleing platform. Daniel has helped shape digital strategy for many clients, including Microsoft, Cisco, Adobe, Hilton, Intel, AT&T, and VW of America. Prior to joining the ClearSaleing team, Daniel worked at Atlas (now part of Microsoft Advertising), where he managed new business growth and retention for Atlas’ enterprise technology focused on display advertising, rich media and marketing channel integration. Mr. Bates began his career in the Sales & Service departments of Infiniti and Bank of America. He transferred his corporate experience into the dot-com world when he joined Engage-I/Pro in 1999 as Director of Sales and Account Management.
Brean Bark – Head of Product Management
Brean has over 15 years of combined experience in digital marketing, analysis, and product management. As head of Product Management at ClearSaleing, Brean is responsible for defining a market-leading product that is informed by marketers’ needs. Prior to joining the ClearSaleing team, he worked as Director of Analytics and Optimization at Rosetta, LLC, where he led the Implementation Strategy and Support team and managed key partner and vendor relationships with multiple analytics platforms. Preceding his work at Rosetta, Brean held positions as Product Manager of Business Intelligence, as well as an Implementation Services consultant at Axentis, Inc. With a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Brean also has years of experience in various engineering roles, including Product Development, Manufacturing and Implementation at Nordson Corporation.

Neeraj Jotsinghani- Head of Operations and Technology
Neeraj came to ClearSaleing with nearly 20 years of experience in technology, product development, operations management and consulting. In his role as Head of Operations and Technology, Neeraj focuses on the development, delivery, and support of ClearSaleing’s industry-leading marketing analytics and attribution offering. Prior to joining ClearSaleing, he served as Senior Manager of Technology Strategy and Architecture at Deloitte Consulting, where he led large-scale, complex technology engagements on behalf of blue-chip clients. Jotsinghani has also held senior technology and operations management positions at Ernst and Young, HP, and Quick Solutions. Neeraj began his career as an application engineer at Ingersoll-Rand.

Jim Alla- Head of Sales
As Vice President, Head of Sales, Jim leads ClearSaleing’s new business and sales efforts. Jim, an industry veteran, joined ClearSaleing from Searchandise Commerce, where he served as Senior Vice President of Sales. In his role at Searchandise, he developed go to market strategies, customer delivery platforms, and operations to support client campaigns, as well as built and led the sales and account management teams to successfully bring the company’s solution to market. Prior to joining Searchandise, Jim held positions as Senior VP of Technology Sales at 24/7 Real Media, Executive VP of Sales at Engage / AdKnowledge, Senior VP of Sales at Dotomi, VP & GM of Media Entertainment Communications vertical at FAST, and associate publisher of PC Week.
