Our leadership team is comprised of leaders who have been pioneers across the marketing spectrum, including client-side and agency leadership, as well as analytics and mathematical experts. They have been in the trenches, responsible for growing and improving business performance, and thus are able to identify with, empower and grow our valuable clients.
Randall K. Smith – President
Randy is a serial entrepreneur who has founded and successfully grown several organizations and companies. Randy has served as President and a member of the Board of Directors at Linmar Systems, a technology consultancy. Prior to joining Linmar, Randy founded and built ECNext into the premier provider of electronic commerce services to the commercial publishing industry. In 1989, Randy founded IMPEX Logistics, a successful international trade and technology consultancy and ongoing concern. Prior to founding IMPEX, he spent 8 years at Digital Equipment Corporation where he conceived, developed and managed the International Logistics Center. Randy received his M.B.A. degree in international business from The Ohio State University and his B.S. degree in marketing from Miami University.

F. Ryan Memmelaar – Chief Technology Officer
Ryan specializes in translating business requirements into technology solutions. In 2002, Ryan founded The Memmelaar Group, Inc., a company dedicated to delivering new design strategies. As the principal business and technology consultant at The Memmelaar Group, his primary responsibilities have included business process management, product development and large scale software implementation for clients like Castrol North America, BP, BMW North America, BMW Financial and National City Bank.
Prior to establishing The Memmelaar Group, Ryan served as Senior Consultant, eBusiness Solutions, at Connaissance Consulting. Ryan received his B.S. degree in Agribusiness and Applied Economics from The Ohio State University, with a minor in Computer Information Systems.

Daniel Bates – Executive Vice President of Client Solutions
As Executive Vice President of Client Solutions, Daniel oversees client-focused activities within ClearSaleing, including Account Services, Advanced Analytics and Modeling, and Training/Certification.
Daniel has helped shape digital strategy for many clients, including Microsoft, Cisco, Adobe, Hilton, Intel, AT&T, and VW of America. While at Atlas (now part of Microsoft Advertising), he managed new business growth and retention for Atlas’ enterprise technology focused on display advertising, rich media and marketing channel integration. Mr. Bates began his career in the Sales & Service departments of Infiniti and Bank of America. He transferred his corporate experience into the dot-com world when he joined Engage-I/Pro in 1999 as Director of Sales and Account Management.

Deann Harvey – Chief Revenue Officer
Deann has over 10 years of combined experience in sales and marketing specializing in building, developing, and leading strategic solution sales. Deann is responsible for revenue generation for the company and creating new business opportunities with new advertisers and agency partners. Previously she worked as Chief Sales Officer for GSI’s Global Marketing Services division where she was responsible for leading the division’s global reach into new and existing verticals, as well as expanding relationships with current clients. Prior to joining GSI, Deann was Senior Vice President of Global Sales at PointRoll, the leading provider of digital marketing solutions and technology. Deann’s career at PointRoll included securing opportunities with top advertisers such as Target, Wal-Mart, Lowe’s, Scottrade, Ford, Chrysler, Unilever, P&G, Dell, McDonalds, and General Mills.
