Search Engine Marketing Offline Sales Tracked With Online Advertising Analytics by ClearSaleing Staff
Posted November 15th, 2007 under Press Releases with No Comments
ClearSaleing’s new enhanced CRM integration program is an online advertising solution for search engine marketers.
Columbus, OH (PRWEB) November 15, 2007 — Search engine marketing technology developer, ClearSaleing Inc., has announced the release of Version 3.3 of its software. Search engine marketers will use this enhanced version to provide phone tracking, enhanced CRM integration, detailed granular lead tracking and customer buying behavior analysis.
“We are excited to implement the ClearSaleing phone tracking system so we can get a true value of each of our online advertisements, and make proper advertising investment and allocation decisions.”
Search engine marketers can now capture and measure offline phone orders resulting from their online advertisements. This provides a comprehensive view of online advertising effectiveness. Research suggests that for every one online contact form or registration an advertiser receives, an advertiser will receive three to five additional sales phone calls.
ClearSaleing’s phone tracking solution removes conversion tracking loss by relating phone orders back to the original online advertising source. Online advertisers may accurately value each ad’s true profit contribution and return.
“We have known for some time that there is substantial leakage in our current online advertising analytics as a result of not being able to capture call-in orders and track them back to the online ads that generated them,” said Marian Dieter, Executive Vice President of Princeton Watches. “We are excited to implement the ClearSaleing phone tracking system so we can get a true value of each of our online advertisements, and make proper advertising investment and allocation decisions.”
The ClearSaleing 3.3 release also provides enhanced integration capabilities with major CRM platforms, including Oracle CRM OnDemand, SalesForce.com, ACT and Goldmine. Search engine marketers need only to install the ClearSaleing tracking code on their Web site to track and properly value each online ad’s contribution to sales that are consummated offline.
In addition, current ClearSaleing customers are now provided with more statistical, detail-oriented metrics. These new metrics help to connect online leads and offline sales. Among the new metrics added to the ClearSaleing application for search engine marketers are: visits per lead, leads per order, visits per order, and cost per lead for each ad source.
