We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst.

 POSITION DESCRIPTION

As Senior Business Analyst you will be responsible for identifying, documenting and managing the business requirements for new product features. You will report to the Marketing V.P. and will work closely with the Product Managers, Sales People and Account Managers. You will also have frequent customer contact to interview customers about their use of the system and document their requests for new features.

The Senior Business Analyst is a critical and challenging position at ClearSaleing. You will be expected to help identify new product features and document their requirements by working with internal employees, customers and through your own research of the product space. You will be expected to become an expert in online marketing and the ClearSaleing product line.


Job Responsibilities:
  Requirements Definition and Management
»
Interview key stakeholders to gather and document requirements for product features
»
Perform competitive analysis of similar products and services.
»
Identify requirements for new product features to match and exceed competitor products
»
Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solutions
»
Develop functional specifications and system design specifications for product features
»
Consult with product development personnel on product specifications
»
Compile lists describing product or service offerings
  Feature Management
»
Manage the prioritization of new feature requests
»
Package requirements into product releases
»
Work with technical staff on solution definitions
  Technical Recommendation and Testing
»
Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
»
Work with business and technical personnel to resolve requirement issues
»
Communicate needed changes to development team.
»
Lead testing efforts.
  Help and Training
»
Write help documentation for new product features
»
Train Sales and Account Management staff in new product features

Experience and skill requirements:
»
BA/BS required.
»
Minimum 3 years experience in a business analyst role
»
Strong, verifiable client relationship management skills.
»
Excellent communication skills.
»
Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
»
Consistent track record of meeting client requirements delivering milestones on-time.
»
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies.
»
Excellent organizational, time-management and follow through skills.
»
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
»
Self-motivated, disciplined and able to work independently.
»
Able to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative and team-oriented environment.
