We are looking for an Senior Account Manager

 POSITION DESCRIPTION

As Senior Account Manager you will be responsible for several customer accounts, serving as team leader and developing the overall account strategies.

The Senior Account Manager is a critical and challenging position at ClearSaleing. You will be the primary point of contact between ClearSaleing and the client. And you'll have to be proficient in several different roles, including those of relationship manager, project manager, analyst and sales representative. You will be expected to build and grow accounts for which you're responsible while managing multiple simultaneous projects. You'll know you're doing your job right if you become completely indispensable to your clients.

Job Responsibilities:
»
Understanding each client's online marketing vision and strategy, and promoting ClearSaleing's participation in the execution of that strategy.
»
Developing and enhancing client relationships and identifying additional opportunities.
»
Designing, communicating, presenting, implementing and managing online advertising solutions
»
Serving as the day-to-day point of contact for the client
»
Quaterbacking a team of specialists in PPC, SEO, Affiliate Marketing, Feed Management, and Word of Mouth Marketing.
»
Managing fulfillment of client needs, including task prioritization and feedback to ClearSaleing staff
»
Analyzing quantitative performance data and recommending strategic modifications.
»
Working closely with client staff to ensure clear requirements definition and specific solution focus in each engagement
»
Managing multiple client relationships and engagements, and ensuring proactive project management
»
Assuring customer satisfaction by providing outstanding service
Experience and skill requirements:
»
BA/BS required. MBA preferred
»
Minimum 3 years experience in account management
»
Minimum 2 years experience in online marketing
»
Strong, verifiable client relationship management skills
»
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
»
Advanced knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint.
»
Consistent track record of meeting client requirements delivering milestones on-time.
»
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies
»
Excellent organizational, time-management and follow through skills.
»
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
»
Self-motivated, disciplined and able to work independently.
»
Able to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative and team-oriented environment.
