Mike combines strong leadership and management skills with experience in
technology and finance to solve complex business problems. Prior to
ClearSaleing, Mike served as the senior financial services consultant at Linmar
Systems, a technology consultancy. Before Linmar, Mike worked at National City
Corporation, first as the CIO for the Wealth Management division, and then as a
Market Executive for the Private Client Group. Previously Mike worked as a
proprietary trader for Nomura Securities International and was the Chief Product
Officer of Trade Point USA, one of the world's first Internet start-ups. He also
served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy. Mike holds
degrees from Oxford University, where he attended as a Rhodes Scholar, and The
Ohio State University, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and a captain of
the football team.

Randy is a serial entrepreneur who has founded and successfully grown several
organizations and companies. Randy has served as President and a member of the
Board of Directors at Linmar Systems, a technology consultancy. Prior to joining
Linmar, Randy founded and built ECNext into the premier provider of electronic
commerce services to the commercial publishing industry. In 1989, Randy founded
IMPEX Logistics, a successful international trade and technology consultancy and
ongoing concern. Prior to founding IMPEX, he spent 8 years at Digital Equipment
Corporation where he conceived, developed and managed the International
Logistics Center. Randy received his M.B.A. degree in international business
from The Ohio State University and his B.S. degree in marketing from Miami
University.

Adam is a seasoned sales manager. Prior to ClearSaleing, Adam worked at Google
where he was hired to start their first inside sales team in 2003. While at
Google Adam helped to build the inside sales team into a $500 million a year
organization. He also created Google's proprietary B2B search engine to help his
sales team identify prospects and to help Google better understand its customer
base. Prior to working at Google, Adam started Actuate Software's inside sales
division. Actuate is a leader in Information Delivery software. He grew this
team from 1 person to 20 when he left Actuate in 2003 to join Google. Prior to
working at Actuate, Adam was a salesperson for Oracle corporation and managed
major accounts such as Nike, Wal-Mart and Frito Lay. Adam holds a B.S.B.A.
degree in Marketing from The Ohio State University.

A proven technology leader, Luke has delivered over twenty enterprise class
systems that provide business value to a wide variety of Fortune 1000 clients,
including BMW Financial Services, AT&T, Nationwide Insurance, Verizon,
Nationwide Financial and ExxonMobil. He has been involved in all areas of
technology, including Web Architectures, Client/Server and Data Warehousing,
across every technology platform from Unix to Windows. In 2002, Luke founded
Multichannel Consulting, Inc., a company that delivers premier consulting
services in the Customer Relationship Management arena. Prior to establishing
Multichannel Consulting, Luke was an Area Architect at Siebel Systems and a
Manager at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). Luke received his B.S. degree in
Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.

Ryan specializes in translating business requirements into technology solutions.
In 2002, Ryan founded The Memmelaar Group, Inc., a company dedicated to
delivering new design strategies. As principal business and technology
consultant at The Memmelaar Group, his primary responsibilities have included
business process management, product development and large scale software
implementation for clients like Castrol North America, BP, BMW North America,
BMW Financial and National City Bank. Prior to establishing The Memmelaar Group,
Ryan served as Senior Consultant, eBusiness Solutions, at Connaissance
Consulting. Ryan received his B.S. degree in Agribusiness and Applied Economics
from The Ohio State University, with a minor in Computer Information Systems.
